SALATUL TASBEH

In Salatul tasbeeh (صلوٰۃ تسبیح)four rakats are offered with one salam. I can be offered by two methods which are mention in Tirmizi in the book of salah and the ahadith numbers are 481 and 482.

There is not big difference in these two methods. All the essentially are the same. In both ways you have to recite dua 300 times in fours rakats. Salatul Tasheeb is offered as the same way you offer any other prayer of four rakats. In first method you recite the dua 25 times while you are standing (in Qiyam) (15 times after sana and 10 times before going to raku) while in second method you recite dua 15 times while standing (before going into raku) and 10 times you have not recited the dua while standing is done in tashhud instead (i.e. after every second sajda, you sit for some time and recite the dua for 10 times).
