After independence of Pakistan, Government of Pakistan used Indian currency with its own official stamp. This is one rupee note of India with stamp of Government of Pakistan.
Government of Pakistan issued its first currency note which value was one rupee in 1948.
In 1953, Pakistan issued first five rupee note.
In 1953, Pakistan issued first ten rupee note.

In old currency system in Pakistan when 1 Rupee = 64 Paisa then 4 Paisa or 1 Anna = 12 Pies. So 1 Rupee = 64 Paisas = 192 Pies. 1 Paisa = 3 Pies.
